Personal Identity

Who we are is defined by so many things: our family, our culture, group influences in our lives. We take all these things for granted and rarely examine them. It is only when we come into contact with people who are different that we begin to think about who we are.

Culture and Diversity.

This course helps delegates to understand how culture has shaped their view on those who are considered to be different. This then allows the delegates to develop strategies for overcoming their own biases and working well in a culture of diversity.

Personality Type.

Understanding our own personality type helps to see areas of strength and weakness and so allows delegates the opportunity to maximise their strengths and work on their weaknesses.
